By placing an order or using printonwalls.in you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
All murals are made to your specified dimensions. Prices are shown in INR and include 18% GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free on orders over ₹15,000; otherwise a ₹299 flat rate applies.
Custom artwork
You confirm you have rights to upload and print any customer-supplied images. We may refuse or request proof for suspected IP infringement.
Proofs & colour
Screen previews are indicative. We provide proofing for custom uploads where resolution requires review. Minor colour variation between screen, sample, and final print is normal.
Measurements
You are responsible for accurate wall dimensions. We add a 5 cm trim allowance per our standard panel plan.
Payment
Payment is collected via Stripe Checkout in INR. Your order is confirmed for production after successful payment.
Samples & sample credit
Sample purchases may generate credit toward a subsequent mural order as shown at checkout. Sample credit terms are shown on the samples page.
Installation add-on
Where offered, professional installation is a separate line item with its own scope. Surface preparation and access are the customer's responsibility unless agreed in writing.
Delivery
Physical delivery is pan-India via courier. See our shipping & delivery policy.
Cancellation & refunds
Custom-made murals cannot be cancelled once production begins. See our refund & cancellation policy.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the order value except where non-excludable consumer rights apply under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
