Custom-made murals
Because murals are printed to your dimensions, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel before production.
Samples
Sample orders are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
Defective or damaged goods
Report transit damage or print defects within a period to be confirmed in writing of delivery with photos. We will reprint or refund at our discretion.
Failed or duplicate payments
If payment fails, your order remains awaiting payment. Duplicate charges will be refunded after verification with our payment processor.
Sample credit
Sample credit applied to mural orders is non-refundable as cash.
Returns
Approved returns must be sent to: return address to be confirmed before processing returns.
