Print on Walls India Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") operates printonwalls.in. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you browse, order, upload artwork, or contact us.

Data we collect

  • Orders & checkout: name, email, delivery address (including PIN code and state), order details, and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe Checkout — we do not store card numbers.
  • Custom uploads: image files, optional email, dimensions, and technical metadata for proofing.
  • Session cart & wishlist: stored in your browser session on our server.
  • Contact & lead forms: name, email, message, and form-specific fields (trade, installer, whitelabel enquiries).
  • Admin access: credentials and session data for authorised staff only.
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and request metadata for security and debugging (secrets and payment payloads are not logged).

Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential session and CSRF cookies, cart/wishlist session data, and admin authentication cookies. See our cookie policy for details. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the storefront.

How we use data

To fulfil orders, provide quotes, respond to enquiries, operate admin tools, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Order confirmation and payment emails are sent via our configured mail provider.

Retention

Order records are retained for accounting and customer support. Custom uploads are retained for up to 365 days unless a longer period is required for an active order or legal obligation.

Sharing

We share data with payment processor Stripe (INR checkout), our mail provider, and courier partners as needed to deliver your order. Processors are engaged under appropriate terms.

Your choices

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and server-side validation. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
